Terms and Conditions
You may cancel any un-shipped, non-custom orders without penalty. If a non-custom item has already been shipped, you may return the item for a full refund less any shipping charges. You may only cancel custom ordered items if we have not started the construction.

Duties, Import Fees, Brokerage & Taxes
Shipping fees do not include duties, import fees, brokerage fees or taxes. All fees above and beyond the standard shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Time
We make every effort to ship your order on time, however projected ship dates are not guaranteed.
We are not able to combine multiple orders together for shipping. If you need to order additional items, you will need to enter a new order that will be processed and shipped separately. Multiple orders cannot be combined to qualify for our free shipping offer.
A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery, and who do not contact MinuteMan Scale Models to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping and restocking costs. These fees will be deducted from any credit due to the customer for returned items.
If you are not 100% satisfied with our products you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping charges) as part of our unconditional satisfaction guarantee. Items returned after 30 days may be subject to restocking fees.
Custom built products are non-returnable.
Scalecoat Paint is non-returnable.
How To Return An Item
Before you return any item, you must contact us at email@example.com obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide complete return instructions when we issue the RMA number.
